Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY OF GOODS

We work with our partner Brandlink to ship the Marketday cart across Australia. 

Because of the size of the box, it will be delivered by courier. 

We will leave the parcel in a safe place. If you aren’t home, the courier company will leave a message telling you how to collect your item. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

We do not currently ship overseas. If you are shopping from overseas, please email us to say hello and let us know where you are from.

Shipping for Marketday Carts 

We offer flat rates of shipping from $30 as it delivered by a courier. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Times (Australia only)

• Capital cities & Metro Areas: 3 - 5 days from your order being processed
• Outside Metropolitan areas: 7-10 days from your order being processed.

Local Pick up

Available for Brisbane. Select Local pick up at checkout and we'll email you our address and a time for collection.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We stand behind everything we sell. If your order arrives damaged or isn't working as it should, get in touch within 14 days and we'll find a solution together.  We ask you get in touch quickly so we can track and solve the issue as fast as possible.

If you've had a change of heart, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days, provided items are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
