DELIVERY OF GOODS
Your cart will arrive in 2 parcels
- The cart frame
- The fabric basket liners
We work with our partner Brandlink to ship the Marketday cart across Australia.
Because of the size of the box, it will be delivered by Courier.
We can leave the parcel in a safe place that you indicate at checkout, or you can opt for a signature on receipt. If you aren’t home, we’ll leave you a note somewhere telling you how you can collect your purchase.
Shipping Times (Australia)
Capital cities - up to 7 days from your order being processed
Outside Metropolitan areas - 14 days for our country cousins from your order being processed.
If you have purchased your cart during our presale, you will be kept up to date by email as to the delivery timeframes. Remember in a presale, there is a minimum 2 month wait period.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy, but we are pretty sure there will be very few reasons for your return.
Free returns: If the cart is damaged when you receive it, please contact us. We will assess the issue with you and provide a solution.
Not free returns: If you simply change your mind, you can return your purchase within 30 days, but it would be at your own cost. We will certainly refund your purchase price if the product meets our return requirements*, but return postage is your responsibility.
If you return a purchase for a refund, the items must be unused and in the condition you received it from us.
If you don't want to pay postage to get it back to us, some other ideas are to:
- gift it to your mum,
- give it to a mate or
- head down to a local farmers market and sell it to a market goer.
We know someone will love it and we won't be offended if its just not your thing.
A product is ok to return when:
- It is damaged during postage - free return
- It doesn't function as advertised - free return
- You change your mind - not free return
