We use Australia Post to get your cart to you, or a courier service if that works better for your location. It’s fully insured and will be delivered to your door.

We can leave the parcel in a safe place that you indicate at checkout, or you can opt for a signature on receipt.  If you aren’t home, we’ll leave you a note somewhere telling you how you can collect your purchase. 

Shipping takes anywhere between 2 – 4 days to capital cities in Australia and 4 – 8 days for our country cousins after we process your order.

We don’t send express because we are slowing things down for all our sakes. 



















We want you to be happy and we are pretty sure there will be very few reasons for your return.

Free returns: If the cart is damaged when you receive it, please contact us. We will provide you with a free return label that you can whack back on the original box. We will also arrange for a courier to pick it up from your home or office.

Not free returns: If you simply change your mind, you can return it, but it would be at your own cost. We will certainly refund your purchase price if the product meets our return requirements*, but return postage is your responsibility.  Some other ideas are to gift it to your mum, give it to a mate or head down to a local farmers market and sell it to a market goer.  We know someone will love it and we won't be offended if its just not your thing.

A product is ok to return when:

  • It is damaged during postage - free return
  • It doesn't function as advertised - free return 
  • You change your mind - not free return
