DELIVERY OF GOODS
We work with our partner Brandlink to ship the Marketday cart across Australia.
Because of the size of the box, it will be delivered by courier.
We will leave the parcel in a safe place. If you aren’t home, we’ll leave you a note somewhere telling you how you can collect your purchase. We cannot ship to a PO Box.

Shipping Times (Australia)
Capital cities - up to 7 days from your order being processed
Outside Metropolitan areas - 14 days for our country cousins from your order being processed.
If you have purchased your cart during our presale, you will be kept up to date by email as to the delivery timeframes. Remember in a presale, with delivery scheduled at for Q4, 2025.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy, so we will refund, repair or replace your product when it meets the conditions below.
Free returns: If the cart is damaged when you receive it or something isn't functioning properly, please contact us. We will assess the issue with you and provide a solution. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind If you simply change your mind, you can return your purchase within 30 days, but it would be at your own cost. We will certainly refund your purchase price if the product meets our return requirements*, but return postage is your responsibility.
To return an item or any reason please get in touch by email first info@marketday.life so we can ensure you have the right address.
